岗位职责:
1. Marketing Campaigns & Growth Strategy
• Develop differentiated marketing strategies based on category characteristics (e.g., QSR, coffee, casual dining) and brand positioning, including mega campaigns, thematic promotions, and brand campaigns
• Design end-to-end growth funnels focused on key metrics such as order growth, conversion rate improvement, and user retention (traffic → conversion → retention)
• Provide customized marketing solutions for strategic accounts to drive brand-level GMV and overall platform contribution
2. User & Merchant Insights
• Deeply analyze user behavior (ordering journey, price sensitivity, consumption timing, etc.) to identify growth opportunities
• Leverage merchant operational characteristics (AOV, menu structure, fulfillment capability, etc.) to design tailored marketing strategies
• Continuously build and refine a “User × Scenario × Category” growth framework to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness
3. Data-Driven Analysis & Performance Optimization
• Establish a comprehensive campaign evaluation system (impressions, clicks, conversion, ROI, incremental orders, etc.)
• Diagnose performance issues through data analysis (e.g., funnel drop-offs, low campaign efficiency) and continuously optimize strategies
• Deliver standardized reporting and post-campaign reviews, and distill best practices for scalability
4. Project Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
• Own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle (planning → resource coordination → execution → post-analysis)
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales, etc.) to ensure smooth execution
• Manage complex projects (e.g., platform-wide campaigns, co-branded initiatives) and ensure timely delivery with strong results
5. Playbook & System Building
• Develop marketing playbooks across different categories, price ranges, and user segments
• Build standardized campaign templates (e.g., user acquisition, hero product campaigns, seasonal promotions)
• Create benchmark cases to enable scalable growth for merchants and empower the sales team
任职要求:
Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in internet platforms, local services, or e-commerce; experience in marketing campaigns or growth roles is preferred
• Strong understanding of the local services or F&B industry, with deep insights into user behavior and merchant operations
• Solid data analysis skills with the ability to drive decisions through data
• Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing projects (strategy → execution → analysis), with strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
