岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for handling printer-related software and hardware issues both online and offline to ensure stable device operation.
2. Assist in printer product integration and implementation, participate in function testing, record and feedback product issues, and promote product optimization.
3. Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams across departments to ensure smooth communication and project progress.
4. Maintain product user manuals and internal knowledge bases, assist in preparing training materials, and participate in training activities.
5. Learn and understand the overall order-taking solutions in the restaurant industry, including printers, API interfaces, and mobile app order-taking methods, to enhance professional competence.
6. Participate in the analysis and special tackling of complex problems, promoting the implementation of technical solutions.
7. Focus on the actual needs of each restaurant client, helping them genuinely solve order-taking and printing-related issues to improve client experience and satisfaction.
1. 负责打印机相关的软件及硬件问题的线上答疑与线下处理，保障设备稳定运行；
2. 协助打印机产品的对接与实施，参与功能测试，记录并反馈产品问题，推动产品优化；
3. 与销售、技术、产品等跨部门团队协作，完成日常沟通与进度同步，确保项目顺利推进；
4. 维护产品使用手册及内部知识库，协助制作培训材料，并参与培训工作；
5. 学习并了解餐饮行业接单整体解决方案，包括打印机、API接口、手机App等多种接单方式，提升专业能力；
6. 参与复杂问题的分析与专项攻关，推动技术解决方案的落地；
7. 关注每一个餐饮客户的实际需求，帮助客户真正解决接单和打印相关的问题，提升客户体验与满意度。
任职要求：
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Computer Science, Information Management, E-commerce, or related fields is preferred.
2. Basic knowledge of printers or related hardware products, and willingness to deeply understand industry solutions.
3. Native Portuguese speaker, with basic English working proficiency (able to read, write, and communicate in English).
4. Proficient in basic software, with clear and organized documentation skills.
5. Strong planning and execution skills, as well as problem-solving abilities; able to independently analyze and promote solutions.
6. Teamwork spirit and strong initiative; able to participate in and organize small projects.
7. Goal-oriented mindset, able to set work objectives and continuously follow up to ensure real problem-solving for each restaurant client.
8. Strong interest in technical support and industry solutions, and willingness to develop continuously in the direction of order-taking solution operations.
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、电子商务等相关专业优先；
2. 具备打印机或相关硬件产品基础知识，愿意深入了解行业解决方案；
3. 葡萄牙语为母语，同时具备英语基础工作能力（可完成英文文档读写及基础沟通）；
4. 熟练使用基础办公软件，具备清晰有条理的文档撰写能力；
5. 具备良好的计划执行能力和问题解决能力，能够独立分析并推动方案落地；
6. 具备团队协作意识和主动性，能够参与并组织小型项目；
7. 具备目标管理意识，能够设定工作目标并持续跟进，确保为每一个餐饮客户真正解决实际问题；
8. 对技术支持和行业解决方案有浓厚兴趣，愿意在接单解决方案运营方向持续发展。
