岗位职责：
1.To determine whether a consensus on equipment coverage management can be reached with the 3PL management operations teams in various countries, and whether the target equipment coverage rate for riders in each country has been achieved.（是否能与各个国家商管运营组达成装备覆盖管理共识，各个国家骑手装备覆盖率达成指标是否完成；）
2.To develop a periodic inspection plan with the front-line team of the 3PL management operations regarding equipment coverage issues, and to formulate a rectification plan based on the inspection results.（针对装备覆盖问题与商管支持组前线团队制定周期性检查计划，对检查结果情况制定出整改方案；）
3.To establish corresponding KPI indicators and reward and penalty standards for equipment coverage, and to promote the implementation by partners in accordance with the rules.（针对装备覆盖情况制定相应的KPI指标及奖罚标准，依据规则推动合作商落实；）
4.To be responsible for the quality and pricing of equipment, to establish a comprehensive equipment bidding and procurement mechanism, and to continuously optimize the procurement price of equipment.（对装备的质量和价格负责，建立完善的装备招标采买机制，持续优化装备采购价格；）
任职要求：
1.Have good experience in strategic operations, and be able to formulate corresponding management and assessment standards based on actual needs.（具备较好的策略运营工作经验，能根据实际需求制定相应的管理标准及考核标准；）
2.Have a strong sense of team collaboration, and be able to efficiently coordinate with relevant parties to implement policies and achieve task objectives.（有较好的团队协同意识，能高效联动协同方政策落地并完成任务目标；）
3.Have relevant experience in business solicitation and procurement, and the ability to build a bidding and procurement mechanism, continuously driving price iteration.（有相应的招商采购经验，具备建设招标采买机制的能力，持续推动价格迭代；）
4.Fluency in English and Arabic is required, and local candidates are preferred.（需熟练掌握英语和阿拉伯语,本地人优先；）
