岗位职责：
1.通過有效預約，高效線下拜訪等方式，尋找願意與美團外賣合作的餐飲商戶，達成合作協議；
Identify potential restaurant partners willing to collaborate with Meituan through efficient offline visits, and reach cooperation agreements.
2.幫助合作餐廳上架線上平台，並培訓餐廳如何經營線上外賣生意；
Assist partner restaurants in listing on the online platform and train them on how to manage their online food delivery business.
3.與合作商戶，共同配合，策劃線上營銷活動，並提供專業的外賣運營方案，幫助合作餐廳外賣生意經營得更好；
Collaborate with partner merchants to plan online marketing activities and provide professional food delivery operation solutions to help improve their business performance.
4.定期拜訪與維護已合作餐廳的客戶關係，別同各部門解答並處理合作餐廳的日常疑問。
Regularly visit and maintain relationships with partner restaurants, and work with various departments to answer and handle their daily inquiries.
任职要求：
1.本科及以上學歷，粵語可作為工作語言，英語具備基礎的讀寫能力，熟練使用辦公軟件；
Bachelor's degree or above. Cantonese should be used as a working language. Basic English reading and writing skills are required, and proficiency in software is a must.
2.具備商務談判、市場開拓的能力，善於洞察用戶/客戶的需求，推動商務合作；
Ability to conduct business negotiations and market expansion. Good at understanding user/customer needs and driving business cooperation.
3.正直誠信，優秀的溝通能力、執行力、協同能力、團隊合作精神；
Integrity, excellent communication skills, execution ability, collaboration skills, and team spirit.
4.具有創業精神，用於接受挑戰，有韌性，利他精神；
Entrepreneurial spirit, willingness to accept challenges, resilience, and altruism.
5.日常工作安排上，以外勤為主。
Mainly field-based work in daily job arrangements.
