岗位职责：
1.Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Keeta, aligning closely with business objectives and defining core strategies to drive growth.
2.Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape, user needs, and local market dynamics—including cultural nuances, festivals, consumer habits, and offline scenarios—and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
3.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Consumer and Business stakeholders, to align on integrated marketing initiatives.
4.Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a positive and high-performance culture while ensuring alignment with business goals.
