岗位职责:
1. Account Growth & Expansion
Lead the acquisition and onboarding of regional retail partners in non-food categories, driving performance against volume and revenue targets.
2. Partner Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to support co-branded initiatives, promotional strategies, and platform visibility enhancements.
3. Commercial Strategy Execution
Develop and execute partner-supported campaigns, including merchandising and trade programs, to achieve business objectives and growth.
4. Operational Optimization
Provide guidance on catalog management, pricing, and logistics solutions (e.g., cold chain, large-item delivery) to improve partner efficiency.
5. Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams (logistics, marketing, product) to ensure smooth campaign execution and customer experience.
6. Market Analysis
Monitor regional market trends, competitor activities, and category opportunities to identify new partnership models or expansion avenues.
任职要求:
1. 3+ years of experience in Q-Commerce, instant retail, e-commerce, or FMCG/retail account management — prior non-food category experience strongly preferred.
2. 2+ years in an Account Manager or Business Development role managing strategic brand/retailer collaborations.
3. Demonstrated success in achieving measurable business outcomes (revenue growth, sales targets, new partner onboarding).
4. Strong ability to create and implement Business Collaboration Plans with brand partners, aligning on campaign goals, growth metrics, and purchase frequency targets.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills; capable of engaging with senior stakeholders in partner organizations.
6. Analytical approach — adept at leveraging business insights to identify growth opportunities, assess performance gaps, and refine strategies.
7. High execution focus with the ability to manage multiple priority accounts concurrently.
8. Open to adaptability and regional mobility within the Middle East.
9. Fluent in English (reading, writing, and professional communication); Arabic language skills are a plus.
