岗位职责:
Account Onboarding
a. Manage the API integration process with the brand accounts
b. Monitor the operation metrics for API accounts and work out the solution with the internal API team and external service providers

Merchant Empowerment
a. Merchant Portal Operations:
1. Responsible for the rollout and promotion of core merchant portal features (eg, data dashboards, menu management, self-promotion tools, notification tools).
2. Develop phased operational strategies to drive merchant awareness and adoption of portal capabilities.
3.Monitor merchant usage metrics (eg, feature penetration rate, active merchant count, operational retention rate), analyze pain points and optimization opportunities in feature usage, collaborate with the product team to provide requirement recommendations, and drive product iteration.

b. Merchant Service & Experience Optimization:
1.Continuously identify the operational and experiential pain points of merchants.
2.Use feedback collection and benchmark research to improve system functionality and merchant experience (eg, brand service report, online/offline message), ultimately enhancing merchant operational efficiency and retention.

Sales Efficiency Improvement
a.Gain a deep understanding of the Account Management team's end-to-end sales workflow and identify pain points along the way.
b.Liase with the Product & Engineering team to build Product functions oriented towards sales target management or process management during daily operations (eg, brand visit, task tools).

账户接入
a. 管理品牌账户的API对接流程
b. 监控API账户的运营指标,协同内部API团队及外部服务商制定解决方案
商户赋能
a. 商户门户运营:
1. 负责核心商户门户功能(如数据看板、菜单管理、自主营销工具、消息通知工具等)的上线与推广
2. 制定分阶段运营策略,提升商户对门户功能的认知与使用
3. 监控商户使用指标(如功能渗透率、活跃商户数、运营留存率),分析功能使用中的痛点与优化机会,协同产品团队提出需求建议,推动产品迭代
b. 商户服务与体验优化:
1. 持续识别商户在运营和体验中的痛点
2. 通过收集反馈与对标研究,优化系统功能与商户体验(如品牌服务报告、线上线下消息等),最终提升商户运营效率与留存
销售效率提升
a. 深入理解客户管理团队端到端的销售流程,识别各环节痛点
b. 协同产品与工程团队,在日常运营中构建面向销售目标管理与流程管理的产品功能(如品牌拜访、任务工具等)
任职要求:
a) 3+ years of experience in merchant platform operations, SaaS merchant systems, or product operations, with a solid understanding of merchant needs and business pain points in the food delivery or related industries.
b)Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams across different functions and time zones, ensuring quick alignment and responsiveness.
c) Excellent project management skills with strong communication and presentation abilities
d) Proficiency in English as a working language and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

b) 具备优秀的跨职能协作能力,能够高效协同不同职能、跨时区的多个团队,确保快速对齐与响应
c) 出色的项目管理能力,以及良好的沟通与表达能力
d) 英语可作为工作语言,普通话流利者优先
