岗位职责:
1. 深入分析巴西外卖市场的发展趋势,通过系统的市场调研和竞争分析,精准把握用户偏好与商户痛点,为管理层提供前瞻性的商业策略建议。
2. 结合公司内外部数据的挖掘和分析,解决复杂业务场景下的策略难题。定期与核心管理层进行策略研讨,持续推动业务策略的迭代升级。
3. 牵头重点经营策略项目,从目标设定、路径规划到资源协调全程把控。通过跨部门协作机制,联动业务团队与产研部门推进项目执行,确保战略举措有效落地并达成预期业务目标。建立效果评估体系,实现策略闭环管理。
1. Conduct in-depth analysis of Brazilian food delivery market, deeply understand the needs of users and merchants through systematic market research and competitive analysis, provide forward-looking business strategy recommendations for management team.
2. Complete strategic research in complex business scenarios by combining the mining and analysis of internal and external data. Regularly organize strategy discussions with core management to continuously drive the iteration of business strategies.
3. Lead key strategic operation projects, overseeing the entire process from goal setting, route planning to resource coordination. Through cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms, manage project execution to ensure strategy implementation, and drive the achievement of business objectives. Establish an effect evaluation system to realize closed-loop strategy management.
任职要求:
1. 5年以上商业分析经验,具备优秀的数据分析和文档撰写基本功,有过较复杂的专题或策略分析经验。
2. 具备扎实的市场调研和竞争分析能力,能够准确把握市场动态和趋势。
3. 有良好的业务sense,对复杂业务场景敏感,具备良好的沟通和协调能力,能够横向协同各部门、跨团队整合资源,形成完整的解决方案。
4. 结果导向,自驱力强,学习能力强,有韧性;能够快速迁移应用不同领域的经验,适应市场不确定性,勇于创新和突破。
1. Possess over 5 years of work experience in business analysis area, with excellent fundamental skills in data analysis and documentation, familiar with the formulation and optimization of business models and business planning based on data analysis.
2. Have solid market research and competitive analysis skills, able to accurately grasp market dynamics and trends.
3. Good business sense and sensitivity to complex business scenarios; Possess excellent communication and coordination skills, able to coordinate across departments, integrate resources, and develop comprehensive solutions.
4. Results-oriented, strong self-drive, learning ability, resilience; capable of quickly applying experiences from different fields, adaptable to market uncertainties, bold in innovation and breakthroughs.
