岗位职责:
Responsibilities

Brand Marketing & Brand Equity Building

Lead brand marketing initiatives for the Keemart business. Develop and execute brand communication strategies centered on brand positioning, core values, and long-term vision, continuously strengthening brand equity, user trust, and brand preference.

Brand Content & Social Media Management

Own the content strategy and day-to-day operations of official social media channels. Build a clear and consistent brand tone, and drive brand visibility, favorability, and engagement through high-quality content, topic planning, and interactive community initiatives.

Integrated Brand Communication & Project Management

Plan and deliver brand-led integrated marketing communication projects, covering social media campaigns, content distribution, community touchpoints, and online-offline coordination, ensuring consistent brand messaging and impact across all consumer touchpoints.

CSR & Community Engagement Programs

Lead or actively participate in the planning and execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and community programs. Establish partnerships with local NGOs, community organizations, and relevant government or social institutions to deliver initiatives that generate real social impact while reinforcing brand purpose and reputation.

Cross-functional Brand Collaboration

Work closely with user growth, digital marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure brand strategy is consistently embedded across product experience, communication content, and user touchpoints, aligning brand objectives with business goals.
任职要求:
Requirements

Brand & Marketing Experience

8+ years of marketing experience, preferably with international or regional brands. Experience in e-commerce, instant retail, FMCG, or new consumer brands is highly preferred, with proven involvement in systematic brand projects or brand-building initiatives.

Brand Thinking & Content Capability

Strong brand-led marketing mindset, with the ability to design communication strategies from brand positioning and consumer mindset perspectives. Demonstrated success in brand content, social media operations, or integrated communication campaigns, supported by clear methodologies and case examples.

CSR / Social Impact Experience

Understanding of and interest in CSR or social impact initiatives. Prior experience in planning, executing, or partnering on CSR or community projects is a plus, with the ability to connect long-term brand value with meaningful social contribution.

Data Awareness & Brand Performance Evaluation

Data-driven mindset with the ability to assess brand and communication performance through relevant brand metrics, and continuously optimize brand and content strategies based on data, insights, and business feedback.

Cross-cultural & International Exposure

Experience working in cross-cultural or cross-border environments, with the ability to operate effectively in diverse markets and deliver locally relevant brand communication.

Language Skills

English is required as a working language. Proficiency in Arabic or prior experience in Middle East markets is a strong advantage.
