岗位职责：
Monitor operational data from field representatives and partner agents, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Conduct on-site visits to observe and supervise field activities, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Analyze both quantitative data and field insights to propose actionable strategies that improve efficiency and outcomes.
Provide clear recommendations to management and partner agents to enhance overall performance.
Track execution of improvement initiatives and ensure accountability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, legal, commercial) to align strategies with broader business goals.
任职要求：
Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields preferred.
3+ years of experience in operations management, business development, or project management; prior exposure to frontline execution and cross-functional collaboration is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to combine quantitative data and field insights into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
Willingness to travel and conduct regular on-site visits.
Results-oriented mindset, capable of driving execution and tracking accountability.
