岗位职责:
1. Collaborate with business, finance, procurement, legal, and administrative departments to develop, optimize, and implement a comprehensive employment management strategy. Internally, establish an employment management system; externally, optimize the supplier resource pool and improve delivery capabilities.
2. Employment Risk Management: Develop a comprehensive employment risk map, proactively design contingency plans for high-risk areas, and coordinate with various departments to resolve risks related to employee departures, monitoring, and public opinion.
3. Analyze the cost, delivery capacity, efficiency, and risks of employment resources for the assigned business, propose and promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement plans, and plan annual user budgets.
4. Establish relevant systems for employee relations, corporate culture, and talent incentives at the base.
5. Other Specialized Tasks: Outsourcing onboarding and offboarding standards, outsourcing management system requirements analysis, optimization of outsourcing employment management efficiency, external benchmarking, etc.
任职要求:
1. Over 5 years of experience in large-scale outsourcing management (both client and vendor perspectives are acceptable).
2. Understanding of employment market practices, familiarity with employment review and management systems, and the application of labor laws and regulations within enterprises; extensive practical experience in employee relations.
3. Project management and data analysis capabilities, strong risk awareness, and expertise in resource integration and solution design.
4. Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills. Strong sense of purpose; able to ensure operational goals are achieved through the establishment of mechanisms and processes.
