岗位职责:
Job Responsibilities
1.Review documents and information provided by merchants to ensure everything is accurate before the store goes live.
2.Upload and verify merchant account details, making sure all information is complete, correct, and processed efficiently.
3.Check merchant qualifications according to company rules.
4.Review other applications submitted by business colleagues or merchants.
5.Help organize and manage store photo-taking services.
6.Organize and manage merchant-related files and materials.
7.Complete other review and support tasks assigned by your leader.
任职要求:
Job Requirements
1.Responsible and reliable, willing to work hard to achieve team goals.
2.Eager to learn, open to new things, and able to adapt to changes.
3.Good communication skills, a team player, and willing to grow together with others.
4.Native Portuguese speaker, fluent in both spoken and written Portuguese.
5.Able to use English for daily communication and for preparing store-related documents.
6.Proficient in using computers and common office software.
7.Experience in operations or sales support is a plus (but not required—training will be provided).
