Service Operation Engineer
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Responsibilities:
Customer Support: Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking service or support, ensuring all inquiries are logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner
Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service request, repairs, and maintenance activities with customers, service partners and engineers ensuring all required parts and equipment are available for scheduled service tasks
Administrative Duties: Prepare and process service-related documentation, including work orders, service contracts, and warranty claims
Reporting: Generate regular reports on service performance metrics, including response times, customer satisfaction, and service completion rates
Inventory Management: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of parts customers and field engineers
Billing and Invoicing: Assist in the preparation of service quotes, invoices, and billing documentation. Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure accurate and timely billing for all services rendered
Required capabilities, and skills：
With valid work permit
Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics, mechanical related or similar industry experience is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, service partners, and internal teams
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously
Experience in coordinating service schedules, repairs, or maintenance activities is a strong advantage
Ability to work with data and generate reports; proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools is preferred
Basic understanding of inventory or logistics coordination processes is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and Chinese; additional languages are a plus
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills：
