岗位职责：
Responsible for the product design and optimization of user operation tools, including but not limited to tasks, cashback, coupons, point etc.
Work closely with product, R&D, and design teams to coordinate resources and ensure the launch of operation tools on time.
Monitor competitors and key players to identify new growth opportunities.
任职要求：
Over 5 years of experience in product operations or product manager
Data-driven, able to identify optimization through data analysis.
Strong user empathy and a good understanding of product experience and interaction design.
Excellent communication skills, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure; capable of collaborating with multiple parties to achieve business goals.
