岗位职责：
1. Managing city-level 3PL Partner Managers to oversee daily operations and ensure consistent partner performance.管理本城市的合作商管理经理，统筹日常运营，确保合作商稳定履约。
2. Ensuring city-wide delivery capacity meets peak and off-peak business needs.确保全城市在高峰与非高峰时段均有充足运力支持业务需求。
3. Taking full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery success, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.全面负责城市配送成功率、准时率及用户满意度等关键指标。
4. Recruiting, training, and leading the local delivery operations team, including Partner Managers and support staff.招聘、培训并管理本地配送团队，包括合作商经理及支持岗位成员。
5. Driving continuous process improvement to improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance service levels.推动流程持续优化，提高效率、降低成本，并提升服务水平。
6. Collaborating with national functions including product, strategy, and compliance teams to localize and implement policies.与全国产品、战略及合规团队密切协作，推动政策落地与本地化执行。
7. Conducting regular business reviews with 3PL partners to review targets, identify gaps, and drive performance improvement.定期组织合作商业务复盘，分析目标差距，推动持续改进与业绩提升。
8. Managing the onboarding, evaluation, and exit of local 3PL partners based on performance and business needs.根据绩效及业务需求，管理本地合作商的入驻、评估与退出流程。
任职要求：
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or 3PL management.本科及以上学历，具备5年以上运营、物流或第三方合作商管理经验。
2. Strong leadership skills, with proven experience in team building, performance management, and cross-functional coordination.具备卓越的领导能力，擅长团队建设、绩效管理与跨部门协作。
3. Excellent analytical skills, with ability to interpret data and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment.出色的数据分析能力，能在快节奏环境中高效决策。
4. Hands-on experience in delivery/logistics execution, capacity planning, and partner management.拥有配送或物流执行、运力规划及合作商管理的实操经验。
5. Fluent English is required; proficiency in Arabic and/or Urdu is preferred.精通英语；会阿拉伯语或乌尔都语者优先。
