岗位职责:
Merchant Portfolio Management
Manage a portfolio of 400–500+ merchants simultaneously.
Monitor daily performance metrics and identify risk signals.
Detect underperforming accounts and define recovery actions.
Execute standardized improvement initiatives at scale.
2️⃣ Merchant Activation & Incubation
Ensure smooth transition from onboarding to active trading.
Follow up on critical activation milestones:
Store information validation
Menu quality & completeness
Order acceptance configuration
Online availability confirmation
Drive first-order achievement and early-stage stability.
3️⃣ Merchant Enablement & Education
Guide merchants on:
Promotion setup
Menu optimization
Pricing adjustments
Campaign participation
Promote adoption of self-service tools.
Deliver education through structured and repeatable communication processes (WhatsApp, bulk messaging, guides).
4️⃣ Growth Execution (Scalable Operations)
Increase:
Order volume
Store visibility
Campaign participation rate
Merchant retention
Implement bulk initiatives rather than individual consulting.
Execute platform-wide improvement strategies across assigned segments.
5️⃣ Operational Support Coordination
Address operational merchant inquiries related to:
Payments
Orders
Fees
Platform processes
Route complex or cross-functional issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Ensure follow-up until resolution when required.
6️⃣ Data Monitoring & Performance Tracking
Track and analyze KPIs daily, including:
Order volume
Merchant availability rate
Cancellation rate
Online time compliance
Promotion participation
Activation rate
Translate performance data into actionable merchant engagement.
任职要求:
Associate degree or above.
2–4+ years of experience in merchant operations, marketplace operations, or internet platform services.
Experience managing large portfolios with KPI-driven targets.
Strong communication skills, capable of guiding merchants to complete required actions efficiently.
Results-oriented with strong ownership mindset.
Proficient in:
Dashboard interpretation
Basic performance metrics analysis
English is a plus.
