岗位职责:
1.Manage the end-to-end API integration process for food delivery service providers and major restaurant partners (both local in Brazil and global). Handle onboarding, inquiries, technical support, and ticket resolution related to API integration.
2.Deeply understand the operational needs of chain restaurant clients; proactively identify pain points, leverage AI tools to assist in requirements gathering and solution design, and drive measurable improvements in merchant onboarding efficiency
3.Develop implementation strategies for integration solutions, working closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure project success (e.g.order push, status sync, menu management).
4.Build and maintain relationships with local partners (e.g.Software services, PDV providers), coordinate internal resources, and provide technical support and integration solutions to partners.
任职要求:
1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; Proven experience in product operations or technical support, preferably in food delivery, local life services, or API-related roles
2.Excellent team communication and collaboration skills.
3.Proficient in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent); able to integrate AI into daily workflows to drive tangible efficiency gains for merchant onboarding and operations
Proactively explores new AI tools; comfortable experimenting and documenting best practices in real business contexts
4.Strong learning willingness, with demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex technical/operational problems.
5.English proficiency as a working language (must be able to communicate with global technical teams).
