岗位职责:
1. Merchant Operations & Business Insight
a) Analyze merchant performance data (GMV, order volume, AOV, conversion rate, fulfillment efficiency, etc.) to identify growth opportunities and operational gaps
b) Develop a deep understanding of food delivery business dynamics across categories (QSR, coffee, casual dining) and translate insights into actionable recommendations
c) Build and maintain a "Merchant × Category × Scenario" analytical framework to support BD teams in merchant conversations and growth planning2. Data Analysis & SQL-Driven Reporting a) Extract, clean, and analyze operational data using SQL to support day-to-day business decisions b) Establish standardized reporting dashboards and performance tracking (order growth, conversion funnels, retention metrics, ROI, etc.)
c) Diagnose performance issues through funnel analysis and data deep-dives; continuously refine analytical models
3. BD Support & Commercial Collaboration
a) Translate data findings into clear, merchant-facing narratives to support frontline BD teams in client conversations and pitch materials
b) Collaborate with BD, Marketing, and Operations to design tailored growth plans for strategic accounts
c) Participate in merchant reviews and provide data-backed recommendations to drive GMV and platform contribution
4. Campaign & Growth Execution
a) Support the design and evaluation of marketing campaigns and merchant promotions, with a focus on measurable business outcomes
b) Track campaign performance (impressions, clicks, conversion, incremental orders) and deliver post-campaign reviews and scalable best practices
c) Contribute to playbook development across merchant tiers, categories, and growth stages5. Cross-functional Project Management
a) Manage end-to-end analytical and operational projects (scoping → execution → reporting)b) Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing) to ensure data accuracy and project delivery
c) Document learnings and build case studies to enable knowledge sharing across the team
任职要求:
a) 4-5 years of experience in internet platforms, local services, food delivery, or e-commerce
b) Strong understanding of food delivery or F&B operations, with genuine insight into merchant behavior and business drivers
c) Proficient in SQL; comfortable with AI usage, data extraction, analysis, and building reports independently
d) Able to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, including frontline sales teams
e) Detail-oriented, structured thinker with solid project management skillsf) Fluency in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or equivalent); able to integrate AI into daily workflows to drive tangible efficiency gains.
• Proactively explores new AI tools; strong AI learning mindset — comfortable experimenting and documenting best practices in real business contexts.
