岗位职责：
1. 整体负责新商成长策略。Overall responsible for new merchant growth strategy
2. 与前线团队和商家密切合作，收集商家需求和管理需求，并提炼成整体策略，包括运营流程和产品功能的产出。Collaborate closely with frontline teams and merchants to collect merchant and management requirements, and distill them into overall strategies, including operational workflows and product functionalities。
3. 与相关业务团队一同合作，产出完整的产品运营规划。Collaborate with relevant business teams to develop comprehensive product operation plans.
4. 在日常运营中监控产品的商家使用情况，并与多个团队协同合作，推进产品功能的持续迭代，开展产品功能培训和推广，确保产品效果业务目标的达成。Monitor merchant usage of products in daily operations, collaborate with multiple teams to drive continuous iteration of product features, conduct product function training and promotion, and ensure the achievement of business objectives for product effectiveness.
任职要求：
1. 有至少三年的项目管理和策略经验。熟悉策略产出，产品运营、相关的企业内常见工作方法论。程。Possesses at least three years of experience in project management and strategy. Familiar with strategy development, product operations, and common corporate methodologies.
2. 对电商平台商家侧业务较为熟悉。熟悉外卖行业者优先。Familiar with the merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms. Priority will be given to those with experience in the food delivery industry.
3. 具备优秀的方案规划能力，对于B端基本运营工作有所了解。有较强的逻辑能力。Possesses excellent solution planning capabilities and has a basic understanding of B-end operational work. Demonstrates strong logical thinking skills.
4. 具备优秀的沟通和跨团队协作能力，通过整合资源与不同的业务部门合作共赢。Possesses excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, achieving win-win results by integrating resources and cooperating with different business departments.
5. 可用中文和英语作为工作语言。Proficiency in English and Chinese.
