岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute various marketing campaigns based on business needs and operational direction.
2. Independently manage the end-to-end operations of marketing campaigns, including proposal planning, creative design, merchant recruitment, and offline execution.
3. Track and analyze campaign performance, iterate based on results, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner to ensure key metrics are achieved.
4. Explore innovative campaign mechanics suitable for the local market, and drive feature updates and iterations of relevant marketing product tools.
5. Collaborate effectively with product, B-side, marketing, delivery, and other teams to enhance campaign growth and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements：
1. Have a background in internet-related industries, with over 2 years of experience in campaign operations, user operations, or marketing.
2. Familiar with various internet marketing campaign strategies and mechanics.
3. Strong logical thinking and structured reasoning skills, with the ability to present work outputs in an organized manner.
4. Possess a team-oriented mindset, project management and risk control capabilities, good at collaborative promotion, and effective cross-departmental communication and cooperation.
5. Strong data analysis skills, good at summarizing and identifying data issues, with a data-driven work mindset.
