About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Strategy & Operational Lead to join our high-growth team. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for orchestrating and driving the performance of our data analysis, campaign & product operations, and sales support teams. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who is highly capable at transforming data into actionable strategies, possesses a relentless merchant-centric focus, and thrives in fostering cross-functional collaboration to accelerate business growth.
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Growth: Architect and execute comprehensive strategies to scale our overall merchant account portfolio, leading a hybrid, cross-functional strategy and operations team.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Partner closely with Business Analysis to monitor key business goals and metrics, translating complex data insights into clear, high-impact actions and strategic pivots.
Integrated Growth Marketing: Own end-to-end collaboration with User Growth and Marketing teams. Align on major campaigns and resource allocation, and co-create data-backed merchant acquisition and growth strategies that deliver commercial impact.
Operational Excellence & Product Synergy: Drive optimization of core commercial processes and enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities that build merchant-centric capabilities and streamline the onboarding journey.
Analytics, Enablement & Execution: Oversee sales data analysis, reporting, and actionable insights. Ensure follow-through on key initiatives, provide robust data support to the commercial team, and develop training programs to elevate team capabilities.

What You Bring
- Proven Experience: 7-10 years in a strategy and operations leadership role, with a strong preference for backgrounds in e-commerce, quick commerce, or food delivery.
- Strategic Data Acumen: A demonstrated track record of a data-driven mindset. You go beyond reporting to synthesize information, identify trends, and formulate decisive strategies that move the business forward.
- Influential Leadership: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire teams, align diverse cross-functional partners, and articulate a compelling vision.
