岗位职责:
Mission

As the Agency Ecosystem and Resource Management Manager, you will serve as the architect of our marketing resource ecosystem. Your mission is to build, optimize, and scale a global network of agencies and suppliers while establishing streamlined processes that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and value extraction across all marketing functions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Agency and Supplier Management
• Establish and maintain a global and regional agency/supplier repository covering creative, media, content production, and other marketing domains.
• Lead the end-to-end management of agencies, including selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.

2. Marketing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Development
• Design and document standardized operational processes for marketing activities, including request submission, resource allocation, project execution, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive the implementation and training of SOPs across global and regional teams to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

3. Marketing Resource System and Value Catalog Development
• Build and continuously update a "Marketing Resource Value Catalog," integrating capabilities, case studies, cost benchmarks, and performance data to support rapid decision-making.
• Expand exclusive media partnerships, innovative collaborators, and emerging marketing technology tools to enrich the resource ecosystem.

4. Resource Efficiency Analysis and Optimization
• Track agency and resource return on investment (ROI), regularly producing analytical reports on resource utilization efficiency to inform budget allocation.
• Drive cost savings and efficiency improvements through resource consolidation and centralized procurement.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with procurement, legal, and finance teams to ensure compliance and efficiency in resource onboarding, contract management, and payment processes.
• Support regional marketing teams in accurately matching resource needs and addressing localization challenges.
任职要求:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in agency management, marketing resource procurement, or marketing operations, with preference for global or multi-market management experience.
• Familiarity with the marketing industry chain (creative, media, etc.) and mainstream agency ecosystems, with strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization, with experience using resource management tools (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa).
• Excellent cross-team collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a multicultural work environment.
