岗位职责：
1. Deeply study the transportation capacity ecosystem, accurately determine the current development stage of transportation capacity, and scientifically regulate the transportation capacity structure. Develop ecological adjustment strategies and a survival - of - the - fittest mechanism, comprehensively evaluate the long - term and short - term returns of strategy implementation。深入研究运力生态，精准判定当前运力发展阶段，科学调控运能结构。制定生态调整策略与优胜劣汰机制，全面评估策略实施的长短期收益。
2. Establish a complete ecological regulation mechanism and product capability system, covering aspects such as rider ranking system, shift scheduling and inventory, rights and benefits mechanism, and service standards.搭建完善的生态调控手段和产品能力体系，涵盖骑手等级体系、排班库存、权益机制、服务标准等方面。
3.Strengthen horizontal linkages with different transportation capacity lines, promote the rational circulation and efficient allocation of transportation capacity resources, maintain the dynamic balance of the transportation capacity ecosystem, and ensure the smooth operation of the business.加强与不同运力线的横向联动，促进运力资源的合理流转与高效配置，维护运力生态的动态平衡，保障业务平稳运行。

任职要求：
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the Internet industry, and preferably experience in the field of O2O, such as transportation and delivery.本科或以上学历，3年以上互联网工作经验，具有出行、配送等O2O相关从业经验及海外工作经验者优先。
2.Possess a global perspective, systematic thinking, strong resource integration ability, and excellent communication and coordination skills.具有全局观念，系统性思維，较强的资源整合能力和沟通协调能力；
