我们于2023年从中国香港起步，不到一年便成为当地行业的领跑者。紧接着，我们在2024年快速进入沙特阿拉伯，现已覆盖20余城。今年我们继续提速，在短短40天内接连开拓卡塔尔、科威特和阿联酋，并于近期登陆巴西，以桑托斯和圣维森特为试点，迈向更多目的地。
岗位职责：
1. 负责Keeta平台商家经营相关的策略和运营。Responsible for strategy and operations related to merchant management on the Keeta platform.
2. 了解行业内通用的解决方法，洞察商家需求，推进内部流程以及商家产品功能的持续优化。Understand industry-standard solutions, gain insights into merchant needs, and drive continuous improvement of internal processes and merchant-facing product features.
3. 建立日常运营机制，不断提升相关产品的使用量和使用效果。Establish daily operation mechanisms to continuously improve the usage and effectiveness of related products.
任职要求：
1. 有至少三年的策略和产品运营经验。熟悉策略产出，产品运营、项目管理相关的企业内常见工作方法论。Have at least three years of experience in strategy and product operations. Familiar with common corporate methodologies for strategy development, product operations, and project management.
2. 对电商平台商家侧业务较为熟悉。熟悉外卖行业者优先。Familiar with the merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms. Priority given to those with experience in the food delivery industry. Priority given to those familiar with merchant metric operations.
3. 非常熟悉巴西外卖商家的日常经营工作，或能连同公司内各个团队洞察到商家的经营需求和痛点。Possess in-depth knowledge of the daily operations of Brazilian food delivery merchants, or be able to collaborate with various internal teams to identify merchants' operational needs and pain points.
4. 优秀的沟通和跨团队协作能力。 Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills
5. 可用英语做为工作语言。Can use English as working language.
