岗位职责：
1. responsible for logistic operations management, particularly in the management of different fleet model like freelancers and 3pl.
2. develop and implement operational plans to improve logistic capacities, courier quality, dispatch strategies and courier efficiency to keep high service quality with high efficiency.
3. design and implement new business model of the fleet from 0 to 1, driving the growth of D-end business.
4. Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team and cross-functional partners across operations, marketing, customer support, product, policy, and legal
任职要求：
1. experience in delivery strategy and courier management
2. deep understanding of delivery business: has experience in developing new business from 0 to 1.
3. strong strategic planning, logical thinking, communication, coordination, and resource integration skills: able to deeply analyze problems and propose effective solutions, effectively promoting team collaboration.
4. results-oriented: possesses strong self-motivation, learning ability, and resilience. capable of drawing experience from various fields and applying it quickly, adapting to market uncertainties, and daring to innovate and break through.
