岗位职责:
1.商家营销策略制定:基于平台整体经营目标,围绕用户转化、增长及商家收益等关键指标,设计可落地的商家侧营销活动策略;
2.价格力定价方案设计:综合考虑影响价格的关键要素,通过定价策略、补贴策略等多种手段,提升消费者的价格感知竞争力,同时保障商家经营的收益底线健康可持续;
3.数据驱动策略优化:结合用户行为数据、商家运营数据及活动效果指标,进行深入分析,定期评估策略执行效果,并持续优化调整;
4.跨部门协作与项目管理:与产品、销售运营等团队紧密协作,推动策略在各环节的有效执行,保障策略从制定到落地的闭环管理;
5.市场机会洞察:关注行业趋势与市场变化,分析市场玩家的价格与营销策略,识别业务风险与机会点,及时调整策略动向。

Job Responsibilities:
1. Merchant marketing strategy formulation: Based on the overall business objectives of the platform, design feasible merchant side marketing activity strategies around key indicators such as user conversion, growth, and merchant revenue;
2. Price Power Pricing Scheme Design: Taking into account the key factors that affect prices, various methods such as pricing strategies and subsidy strategies are used to enhance consumers' perceived price competitiveness, while ensuring the healthy and sustainable bottom line of business profits;
3. Data driven strategy optimization: Combining user behavior data, merchant operation data, and activity effectiveness indicators, conduct in-depth analysis, regularly evaluate the effectiveness of strategy execution, and continuously optimize and adjust;
4. Cross departmental collaboration and project management: Work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to promote effective implementation of strategies at all stages and ensure closed-loop management from strategy formulation to implementation;
5. Market opportunity insight: Pay attention to industry trends and market changes, analyze market players' prices and marketing strategies, identify business risks and opportunities, and adjust strategic trends in a timely manner.
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,市场营销、经济学等相关专业优先,3年以上互联网、电商、O2O平台等行业的产品运营经验;
2.较强的逻辑思维、策略建模与数据分析能力,能够独立完成策略方案制定与效果评估;
3.熟练使用数据分析工具,如SQL 等,有Power BI等可视化工具经验者优先;
4.具备良好的跨部门沟通协调与项目推进能力,有跨职能团队合作经验。

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing, economics and other related majors are preferred, and more than 3 years of product operation experience in Internet, e-commerce, O2O platform and other industries;
2. Strong logical thinking, strategic modeling, and data analysis skills, able to independently develop strategic plans and evaluate their effectiveness;
3. Proficient in using data analysis tools such as SQL, with experience in visualization tools such as Power BI preferred;
4. Possess good cross departmental communication and coordination skills, as well as project promotion abilities, and have experience in cross functional team collaboration.
