岗位职责：
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, encompassing risk identification, proactive prevention measures, real-time crisis response, stakeholder communication, and post-incident review.
- Establish and monitor key risk indicators and metrics to regularly assess risk exposure and support informed operational decision-making.
- Support the delivery operations team in evaluating the risk implications of strategic initiatives and provide actionable recommendations to balance risk mitigation with business objectives.
- Partner with internal teams to strengthen relationships with couriers, fostering trust and alignment to reduce operational risks and enhance workforce stability proactively.
- Collaborate with the corporate external affairs team to align on risk-related strategic planning, government engagement, and cross-functional crisis preparedness.
任职要求：
Requirements
- 3–6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2–3 years in logistics, courier, or delivery operations.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools for analysis and interpretation; experience with SQL is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive aligned execution.
- Strong risk awareness and stakeholder sensitivity, with the capability to navigate complex social dynamics and respond effectively during crises.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficient in written Chinese and English, with fluent spoken communication in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
