岗位职责：
1. Responsible for Operation Analysis, comprehensively handling budget/target management, resource management, business analysis, B/C/D-end strategy formulation, and performance management.
2. Develop operation management frameworks for daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, compile business operation reports, identify key business signals and strategic opportunities, initiate timely discussions to reach consensus, and provide guidance for business development.
3. Utilize management tools such as targets, resources, indicators, and performance to identify business issues, provide solutions, and drive the achievement of business objectives.
4. Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to optimize resource allocation and enhance business operational efficiency.
任职要求：
1. Team Management Ability: Experience in team management, capable of recruiting, motivating, and developing team members; successful in building and managing efficient teams; with a profound understanding of organizational development and talent management.
2. Deep understanding of Brazil market's local lifestyle and e-commerce business, with experience in developing new businesses from 0 to 1.
Extensive experience in budget/target management, resource management, business analysis, and performance management; strong data analysis capabilities to identify business issues based on operational data and develop and implement solutions.
3. Strong strategic planning, logical thinking, communication, coordination, and resource integration skills; effectively promoting teamwork, pushing for the implementation and optimization of commerce strategies.
4. Results-oriented, strong self-drive, learning ability, resilience; capable of quickly applying experiences from different fields; adaptable to market uncertainties; bold in innovation and breakthroughs.
