岗位职责：
1.负责制定和执行商家及供给运营策略，确保供给链的高效运转；
2.管理团队，监督团队成员的工作表现，指导团队成员实现绩效目标；
3.负责与供应商和商家建立合作关系，推动供给链的持续优化和改进；
4.分析市场需求和竞争情况，制定相应的供给策略，保证产品供给的充足和稳定。
Job Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for formulating and implementing merchant and supply operation strategies to ensure the efficient operation of the supply chain;
2. Manage the team, supervise the work performance of team members, and guide them to achieve performance goals;
3. Responsible for establishing cooperative relationships with suppliers and merchants, promoting continuous optimization and improvement of the supply chain;
4. Analyze market demand and competition, develop corresponding supply strategies, and ensure sufficient and stable product supply.
任职要求：
1.大学本科及以上学历，专业不限；
2.具有至少3年产品运营或供给链管理经验；
3.具备良好的团队管理和沟通能力，能够有效领导团队实现业绩目标；
4.具有较强的数据分析能力和商业洞察力，能够根据市场情况调整运营策略。

1. Bachelor's degree or above, no major restrictions;
2. Have at least 3 years of experience in product operation or supply chain management;
3. Possess good team management and communication skills, able to effectively lead the team to achieve performance goals;
4. Strong data analysis skills and business insights, able to adjust operational strategies according to market conditions.
