岗位职责：
Lead platform-level supply–demand planning and business strategy formulation, including demand forecasting, courier capacity sizing, structure optimization, identification of growth and efficiency opportunities, and optimization of resource allocation to improve overall utilization efficiency.
Supply–demand matching: forecast demand at different levels and determine the prioritization and optimal combination of recruitment, activation, frequency uplift, and efficiency improvement strategies to enhance platform delivery efficiency.
Courier structure optimization: identify the most suitable mix of courier segments for the market, improving order fulfillment efficiency while ensuring courier income experience and enhancing retention.
Cost efficiency improvement: design and manage resource allocation strategies and pacing, closely monitor performance, and continuously optimize to drive cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.
任职要求：
Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in supply–demand operations, incentive/subsidy strategy design, or user segmentation operations preferred.
Strong data mining and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable operational strategies.
Excellent communication skills and strong cross-functional collaboration ability, capable of working effectively with multiple teams to drive project execution.
English proficiency as a working language.
