岗位职责:
1. Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and market standards to derive actionable insights that drive campaign strategy and innovation.
2. Collaborate with Specialists and Managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of campaign elements, including coupon creation, communication journey setup, message creation (via WhatsApp, push notifications, SMS, etc.), and landing page development.
3. Monitor campaign KPIs, producing comprehensive performance reports for business stakeholders to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
4. Identify potential issues and recommend tactical interventions during campaign execution to maintain alignment with objectives and enhance outcomes.
5. Document key learnings from campaigns and contribute to the development of process improvements and the creation of strategic playbooks.
任职要求:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Advertising, with expected graduation between July 2024 and July 2026.
2. Fluent English (spoken and written) required for interaction with international teams.
3. Strong interest in consumer behavior, emerging trends, and data analytics.
4. Highly organized, proactive, and an effective communicator capable of conveying complex ideas and insights.
