岗位职责：
• Implement strategic yearly marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and achieve business objectives.
• Support the development of branding campaigns, including thematic, tactical, and seasonal advertising and event planning. Collaborate effectively with product, operations, and design teams.
• Track and analyze key marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage administrative tasks related to marketing initiatives, ensuring smooth operations.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc projects as assigned by the supervisor.
任职要求：
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in marketing and/or advertising. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply; prior experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong interest in branding and marketing communication.
• Excellent presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua.
