Your Adventure Ahead
1、You have consistently led and delivered large scale projects.
2、Contribute to the ideation, technical design, implementation, and testing of product features
3、Produce high quality software following good architecture and design principles that are scalable
4、Design & deliver thoughtfully crafted clean APIs to drive the interactions between our client applications and backend services
5、Collaborate with product, data and design to define the future of the ShopBack experience
6、Comfortably lead and mentor other software engineers.
7、Encourages others to follow engineering best practices.
8、Analyze requirements well, come up with solutions, and explain trade-offs.
Essentials to Succeed
1、3 to 5 years of experience developing consumer facing web applications
2、Proven experience designing complex distributed systems, management products or business applications
3、Hands-on experience working with NodeJS (Preferred)
4、Experience building and deploying applications and services into cloud environments (AWS highly desired)
5、Strong experience leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable web services
6、Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale
7、Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, complex technical environment with high adaptability and flexibility
