岗位职责:
1.推广Keeta企业服务,通过多种方式,实现金融、贸易、传媒等行业目标客户的挖掘与引入;
2.自主完成销售策略的制定与实施,并能基于行业、客户动态适时调整销售策略;
3.独立完成项目投标、谈判、合同签署等商务流程;
4.深入理解和精准把握客户需求,结合自身产品能力,为客户提供匹配的解决方案以及根据客户需求,分析整理后反馈至产品团队,推动产品迭代;
5.进行客户分析,建立并维护客户关系,挖掘不同客群的深度需求,持续探索和挖掘新业务模式和合作空间;
6.定期收集客户信息、用户反馈、市场信息、竞争对手信息,以制定业务中长期的发展策略。
1. Promote Keeta’s enterprise services through various channels to identify and acquire target clients in sectors such as finance, trade, and media.
2. Independently develop and implement sales strategies, with the ability to adjust plans based on industry and client dynamics.
3. Manage the full business process, including project bidding, negotiations, and contract signing.
4. Deeply understand and accurately assess client needs, deliver tailored solutions based on product capabilities, and communicate client feedback to the product team to drive product iteration.
5. Conduct client analysis, build and maintain strong relationships, identify deeper needs across different customer segments, and continuously explore new business models and collaboration opportunities.
6. Regularly gather customer insights, user feedback, market trends, and competitor intelligence to support the development of mid- to long-term business strategies.
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历,有三年以上客户成功、解决方案交付、顾问咨询相关工作经验,有SaaS、互联网、金融行业从业经验者优先;
2.具备较强的人际沟通及逻辑思维能力,能够准确把握产品优势和客户心理,高效整合内外部资源促进业绩达成;
3.客户服务意识强,有同理心、有耐心,持续让客户成功;
4.学习能力强,需要深度学习并掌握公司的产品,能在业务发展中不断总结经验并迭代方法;
5.推动能力强,对外推动产品被深度使用,对内推动产品或服务持续迭代;
6.正直诚信,具备高度责任心与执行力;
7.英语及粤语可作为工作语言。
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, or consulting. Experience in SaaS, internet, or financial industries is a strong plus.
2. Strong interpersonal communication and logical thinking skills; able to accurately understand product strengths and client psychology, and effectively coordinate internal and external resources to drive performance.
3. Customer-centric mindset with empathy and patience, committed to consistently enabling client success.
4. Fast learner with the ability to deeply understand the company’s products and continuously improve through business practice.
5. Strong execution and drive to promote product adoption externally and push for product/service improvements internally.
6. High integrity, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to execute effectively.
7. Proficiency in English and Cantonese as working languages.
